We are seeking a skilled Medical Laboratory Technician to perform various laboratory tests and analyses, aiding in the diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of diseases. As an integral part of our team, you will support healthcare providers by delivering accurate and timely medical insights. Conduct chemical, biological, hematological, immunologic, microscopic, and bacteriological tests. Analyze body fluids, such as blood, urine, and tissue samples, and record normal or abnormal findings. Operate sophisticated laboratory equipment, including cell counters, microscopes, and automated analyzers. Ensure compliance with laboratory safety procedures and maintain cleanliness standards. Coordinate with healthcare personnel to discuss patient results and diagnostics. Update and maintain accurate records of test results and prepare reports for physicians. Participate in quality control checks to ensure the accuracy of test results. Proficiency in using laboratory equipment Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and organizational skills Capability to handle delicate samples and perform precise measurements Ability to work independently and as part of a team Certification as a Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) by the American Society for Clinical Pathology (ASCP) or equivalent.
