well-established leader in the executive coaching and leadership
development space, with a 25 year track record of helping
organizations drive transformation through behavior-based
communication training. They serve a diverse customer base ranging
from startups to Fortune 500 companies, and have worked with more
than 65% of the Fortune 500. Headquartered in Gilbert, Arizona, the
company is in a period of rebuilding, realignment, and outbound
sales transformation. Historically successful through inbound
demand and brand reputation, the company is now rolling out a
structured outbound sales engine and scaling its sales team from
the ground up. This is an exciting opportunity to get in early and
make a meaningful impact on both revenue and culture. The Role We
are seeking on-site Account Executives who thrive in fast-moving,
entrepreneurial sales environments. This is a full-cycle sales role
focused on outbound prospecting, discovery, and closing deals with
HR leaders, L&D executives, and senior decision-makers. Reps
will work closely with internal facilitators (functioning similarly
to sales engineers) to align client pain points with modular
leadership training and coaching solutions. Sales cycles average
just over a month, and opportunities range from high-velocity wins
to multi-touch enterprise engagements. What You’ll Be Doing Drive
outbound prospecting efforts, using a mix of cold outreach and
curated lead lists Set 3–5 qualified meetings per week through
outbound activity Own the full sales cycle: discovery, proposal,
negotiation, and close Lead discovery calls to identify pain and
goals Advance qualified leads through BANT (Budget, Authority,
Need, Timeline) Collaborate with internal solution facilitators for
deeper technical alignment Engage with a wide range of
decision-makers, from HR managers to the C-suite Contribute to the
evolving sales playbook and outbound motion Qualifications You
might be a high-performing BDR looking to step into a full-cycle AE
role, or an early-career AE who’s had success in a transactional
environment and wants more ownership and complexity. You’ll be
successful here if you: Have 2–6 years of outbound B2B sales
experience Are polished, professional, and confident engaging
senior-level buyers Can run a structured discovery process and
articulate client pain Bring a “hunter” mindset and are energized
by building something new Are motivated by personal growth, career
trajectory, and purpose-driven work Compensation & Benefits Base
Salary: $70,000–$75,000 OTE (Year 1): $130,000–$150,000 Uncapped
Commissions Paid biweekly Multiple monthly SPIFFs in place Medical,
Dental, Vision 401(k) Unlimited PTO Location Requirement This is a
fully on-site role based in Gilbert, AZ. Flex start/end times
(e.g., 6:30–3:30, 8–5) are permitted, but in-office presence is
required.
