Attendant, you will be the first point of contact for our guests,
offering them assistance with a warm and welcoming spirit. This
role requires an individual who can operate effectively in a
fast-paced environment, maintain high standards of customer
service, and ensure a memorable stay for our guests. Greet and
welcome guests upon arrival and departure. Assist guests with
luggage to and from their rooms promptly. Manage the valet parking
services and coordinate vehicle retrieval. Provide guests with
information on hotel amenities and local attractions. Maintain a
tidy and organized front desk and entryway. Handle guest inquiries
and concerns with professionalism and courtesy. Collaborate with
other team members to provide exceptional customer service. Strong
interpersonal and communication skills Ability to handle and
resolve conflict smoothly Proficiency in managing multiple tasks
Knowledge of local attractions and services Ability to lift heavy
items and stand for extended periods Medical Insurance Dental
Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance Valid driver's license is
often required; professional hospitality certifications (e.g.,
Certified Guest Service Professional) are advantageous but not
mandatory.
