safer, more secure world. The Supply Production Control Senior
Manager will perform a variety of tasks with a focus on purchased
material in support of program and factory build plans. The
candidate needs to be energetic, willing to learn, able to work
independently and have the ability and desire to be a change agent.
The candidate also must be ready to work in fast paced environment
and be prepared to learn logistics/transportation in supporting
factory needs. The associated tasks listed below are necessary to
prevent a work stoppage or a slip in schedule, both of which would
have a significant impact on the factory and/or program’s cost and
schedule requirements. The Supply Chain Planning Senior Manager
function within RTX is responsible for driving schedule alignment
with financial, factory, program operations, and engineering
stakeholders which results in an integrated plan, providing the
basis for long term sales and operations execution (S&OE). This
position will lead a team focused on program execution for major
end-terms tied to firm contracts for the Advanced Products &
Solutions (APS) business. This role is responsible for
understanding production demand profiles and the corresponding
internal and external constraints to ensure potential issues are
well-understood, communicated, and addressed in a timely manner.
The individual selected for this role will work to enable decision
making and collaboration across a variety of functions and program
areas through data analysis, simulation, and fact-based influence.
In addition to driving accountability for known issues, this role
will identify areas of greatest risk and variability and analyze
different scenarios to establish contingency plans as needed to
increase our ability to deliver on schedule. This position is an
onsite role and will be a transitional role to the Supply Chain
Planning Manager in 4th quarter of 2026 What You Will Do Manage a
team consisting of multiple team members that support multiple
factories and plant sites. Schedule and plan decisions for major
deliverables Provide process support and oversight for the APS
business with focus on near-term and mid-term plans. Leverage
strong interpersonal and leadership skills to be successful in
optimizing the schedule around factory efficiency, high customer
satisfaction, and consistency in achieving financial targets. Work
closely with the cross-functional execution teams for APS Assist
with responsibilities across the Integrated Business Planning
Organization Provide strategic and organizational support to ensure
the efficient execution of activities for Integrated Planning that
drive high impact and high visibility. Support End Item with
Escalate constraints through Tiered accountability process to
Senior Cross functional leadership. Be responsible for managing
team headcounts to appropriate accounting structure. Assist and
lead your team to success that is measured through Control Towers
and various metrics. Run various Factory Material Order coverage
meetings with factories for the programs that you support. Review,
analyze and release purchase requisitions to Supply Chain in PRISM
per MRP or MPM PO placement plans, as applicable. Evaluate material
availability, identify potential gaps and proactively working
supplied material problems. Facilitate cross functional activities
with Quality, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain Qualifications
You Must Have Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent
experience and minimum ten (10) years prior relevant experience, or
An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum seven (7) years'
experience. Experience with either Supply Chain. Logistics,
Planning or Production Control, Program Management, and or
Operations. Supervisory or managerial experience. The ability to
obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is
required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are
eligible for a security clearance Qualifications We Prefer
Cross-functional leadership skills with experience setting and
working towards goals at a big picture level but affecting change
at a detailed operational level. Experience filtering and
distilling relevant information from complex datasets into simple
messages and mediating discussions between stakeholders with
varying incentives and arriving at consensus. Experience applying
operations research concepts and creating strategic simulations.
Experience with internal processes for developing financial plans
(i.e. AOP, EAC, proposals) and experience with SAP. Master’s degree
or equivalent in engineering, operations research, business,

remote. The salary range for this role is 132,400 USD - 251,600
USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate
representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several
