Finance Operations and Supply Chain (OSC) organization is seeking a
motivated and experienced OSC Finance Analyst to support the
Warhammer program within Raytheon’s Advanced Technologies (AT)
Strategic Business Unit. OSC Finance partners with Operations and
Supply Chain teams to deliver analysis and guidance for strategic
decisions and bottom-line success. The candidate will manage
weekly, monthly, and quarterly financial analysis processes (e.g.,
EACs, EVMS) in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Strong
communication skills are essential for effectively collaborating
with cross-functional stakeholders, resolving issues, and sharing
critical information. This position plays a key role in driving
financial accountability and program success within the Warhammer
team. What You Will Do Lead quarterly EAC processes, including
gathering inputs, updating APEX, preparing presentations,
conducting variance analysis, and assessing risks and
opportunities. Prepare financial forecasts, LREs, and monitor
actual costs, explaining variances to plans. Ensure adherence to
EVM policies for programs, including BOM traceability, production
labor, and support labor processes. Perform ad-hoc financial
analyses as needed. Collaborate frequently with Operations
Managers, Material Program Managers, Control Account Managers, and
Program Finance teams. Qualifications You Must Have Typically
requires: A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum
5 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a
related field and minimum 3 years experience Experience with the
Microsoft Office Tool Suite, focus on Excel. An active and
transferable U.S. government issued Secret security clearance is
required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only
U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance Qualifications
We Prefer Experience using Microsoft Office suite with advanced
Excel skills. Working knowledge of Power Query. Ability to develop
process improvements and meet critical deadlines. Demonstrated
thorough critical thinking skills. Experience using SAP Business
Systems (ex: APEX, PRISM, Analysis for Office) Working knowledge of
Earned Value (EV) and/or PRISM EV. Excellent organizational skills
in leading/coordinating a matrix organization toward common finance

role is 86,800 USD - 165,200 USD. The salary range provided is a
good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX
