Job Description Job Description Salary: $15.70 We have
Habilitation group homes. Our Habilitation group homes are licensed
for 3 individuals. The individuals served can range from bed bound
and total care to others that are able to care for themselves.
Habilitation group homes are staffed with caregivers based on the
required staffing ratio in the home. We are looking for self
motivated CNAs or Caregivers who are excited about caring for this
population. Experience is required. REQUIREMENT: 1) Fingerprint
card- must obtain 7 days after employed. 2) Negative TB results. 3)
Additional training: Article 9, Prevention and Support and CPR-must
sign up 2 wk after employment. 4) Notarized Criminal Affidavit
Form-must have 7 days after employed. Our group homes have 8hr or
12hr shifts based upon the need of the members in the home. We are
