Job Description Your journey starts now U.S. Bank is hiring multiple roles as a Part Time Custody Operations Specialist to support our Operations groups. Some responsibilities include: Understanding and working through policies and procedures Data entry Projects Assisting team members with additional tasks Schedule : Part Time: Monday - Friday hours can vary between 8am-6pm, 15 - 19 hours per week with 4 hours minimum per day. Location : This role is located in either Tempe, Saint Paul, or Milwaukee . 3 days in office. Qualifications Associate's degree, or equivalent work experience OR High school diploma or equivalent and two or more years of relevant experience Skills/Experience Basic understanding of regulatory and accounting principles which directly affect Wealth Management & Investment Services business lines and clients Ability to quickly learn custody operational functions, systems, procedures, various products and/or services, for assigned area(s) Ability to multitask and meet established deadlines in a dynamic work environment Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills Effective customer relations, interpersonal, and verbal and written communication skills Proficient computer navigation skills using a variety of software packages including Microsoft Office applications This is not a temporary position. It is a paid part time role with U.S. Bank. Location Expectations This role requires working from a U.S. Bank location three (3) or more days per week.
