We’re looking for a Pre-Opening Property Director of Sales to lead our sales team, drive revenue growth, and build lasting client relationships at our soon to open Springhill Suites by Marriott in Gilbert AZ. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Sales Leadership : Develop and execute innovative sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share. Team Management : Inspire, mentor, and lead a high-performing sales team to exceed goals. Client Engagement : Cultivate strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and key stakeholders. Market Intelligence : Analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities. Revenue Optimization : Partner with revenue management to align pricing and inventory strategies. Performance Reporting : Deliver insightful sales reports and performance updates to senior leadership. Event Oversight : Coordinate trade shows, promotional events, and client engagement activities. Budget Oversight : Manage departmental budgets and ensure efficient resource allocation. Talent Development : Provide training and growth opportunities for the sales team.
