Responsibilities:
--- Hold buyer and seller consultations to find out their needs and
wants in a home, then find a home to meet those needs
--- Consistently reach out and follow-up with leads to grow sales
opportunities
--- Create written purchase offers for buyer clients to create a
quick and easy closing process
--- Have local knowledge of the community to answer questions about
potential homes and the surrounding neighborhood
--- Rigorously prospect for new business by following up with leads
in your pipeline to ensure sales growth
--- Be a leader
--- Hold buyer and seller consultations to find out their needs and
wants in a home, then find the home to meet those needs
--- Consistently reach out and Nurture lead opportunities to grow
sales potential
--- Create written purchase offers for buyer clients to create a
quick and easy closing process
--- Have local knowledge of the community to answer questions about
potential homes and the surrounding neighborhood
--- Rigorously prospect for new business by following up with lead
opportunities in your pipeline to ensure sales growth
--- Convert calls to appointments
--- Work as part of a team in an environment of support and
friendly competition
--- Act as an intermediary between your seller and potential
buyer
--- Negotiate on behalf of your buyer
--- Negotiate all owners on the seller's behalf, setting time
limits for loan approval and closing date
--- Consistently network and market to prospect for new
customers
--- Can work from the home, office, or the field
--- Participate in open houses, networking activities, and MLS to
enhance your sales; Present purchase offers to sellers
--- Educate clients on key specifics of their home selling/buying
experience
--- Prepare an "Area Market Conditions Report" to establish the
market value
--- Be a Self Starter
--- Come prepared to learn and contribute to the team
--- Desire and ability to learn new ways of doing business to serve
clients at the highest level
--- Bring a positive attitude

Qualifications:
--- A proven record of sales experience and success is
preferred
--- Top-notch time management skills and highly organized
--- Tech savvy
--- Driven, self-motivated and desires professional growth
--- Great communication and social skills
--- An Arizona Real Estate License is required
--- The belief that we never stop learning
--- Coachable and wants to learn the best way to serve clients at
the highest level
--- A proven record of sales experience and success is
preferred

18 years of age

effectively
