Job Description:

A Fortune 500 company is looking for enthusiastic and outgoing candidates to work in their call center. Must be able to attend ALL days of training, no exceptions, and must be available to work every fourth weekend. Previous candidates with call center experience are preferred, but not required. If not, they are looking for people with some level of customer service and good with computer navigation.



Additional details:



--- Placing, receiving, and routing a high volume of calls through an electronic switchboard



--- Talks with customers by phone



--- Maintains incoming call volumes and performances standards



--- Takes and/or supplies information from/to callers



--- Resolves customer service challenges



--- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills required



--- Good with Microsoft office programs
