this is the role for you!Liquidity Initiatives and Sales
Performance Management is a team that builds strategies to create
win-win scenarios for our clients and the commercial bank. We then
lead the execution of these strategies through our sales
partners.This role will be tasked with creating, monitoring, and
reporting on metrics to drive sales behaviors that help the bank
achieve its strategic objective. This is a new role and will
require some creativity and comfort in ambiguity. This individual
will seek to understand the overall liquidity strategy of the bank
and then help develop initiatives to drive that strategy. The way
we define and measure the success of these initiatives matters.
This role will be tasked with providing parameters for measurement
and then rolling out the reporting that holds partners accountable.
This role will require partnership with product teams, sales teams,
bank leadership, and data teams to be successful (must be willing
to make new friends).INITIATIVE MANAGEMENT
- Develop strategies and manage enterprise-wide initiatives to
ensure balance sheet optimization through close partnership with
Corporate Treasury
- Partner with Sales, Relationship Advisors, Account Services,
and Operations to ensure business initiatives are carried out
successfully and support resolving concerns and escalations
- Partner with Audit, Risk and Compliance teams to seek
resolution of any/all issues on rate/initiative management related
activities
- Own rate related policies, procedures and processes
- Produce and maintain reporting and communication on success of
initiatives
- Research trends and identify drivers of initiativesPERFORMANCE
MEASUREMENT
- Coordinate and support monthly sales performance meetings with
Head of Liquidity Solutions, Head of Liquidity Advisory, and
Regional Liquidity Advisory team leads
- Develop Liquidity Advisor and regional team sales metrics and
performance reporting. Build consensus on sales performance metrics
across segment business partners and client relationship
teams.
- Ensure data accuracy in reporting and coordinate with partners
to drive qualitative insights based on quantitative data
- Create and coordinate regular communications on business
performances through Liquidity Solutions, Clients Solutions, and
executive/ senior management.
- Create and coordinate new Liquidity Solution initiative
performance tracking. Build strong connection with sales regarding
business performance.
- Enhance CRM capabilities to enhance client-specific
decisioningEDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Undergraduate Degree preferred or equivalent work
experience
- Prior experience in Economics related roles, sales operations,
HR Incentive & Compensation will be given preference
- Experience in projects/strategies
- A grasp of specific trends impacting the banking industry
- Must have intermediate excel skills
- 2+ years of successively responsible positionsBASE
PAY:$88,504.00 - $132,757.00Actual starting base pay will be
determined on skills, experience, and other non-discriminatory
factors permitted by law. Total compensation may also include
