• Experience managing projects of $25,000+
• Experience upselling and growing accounts
• Ability to successfully manage multiple clients and projects at one time in a face-paced and multi-faceted environment
• Experience in experiential marketing, a plusEXPECTATIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Achieve assigned development and sales goals via prospecting
  • Research, source, close and maintain a well-developed pipeline of prospects
  • Develop strong, ongoing relationships with prospects and customers.
  • Meet and/or exceed quotas
  • Organize and prepare all job details and assets for estimating teams
  • Grow key accounts
  • Negotiate pricing and establish terms
  • Maintain an understanding of all products and services
  • Track all sales activities in company CRM system and keep current by updating account information regularly
  • Coordinate with other team members and departments to optimize the sales effort
  • Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information
  • Travel from time-to-timeMINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
    • Bachelor's degree preferred
    • Minimum 3-5 years of industry sales experience
    • Industry experience preferred
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office
