What You Will Do
- Customer Advocate - You are the difference between a happy
customer and someone paying more for less value with one of our
competitors. Our customers deserve the absolute best service when
calling in and we know that you can be part of that solution. As an
Inbound Sales Representative, you will provide outstanding customer
service before and during the sale.
- Trusted Advisor - You will be the difference maker when it
comes to how you explain cellular phones while actively listening
to our customers' needs and recommending the perfect technology and
service plans to meet their requirements. What some understand
about phones, others might not, so it is about taking the time to
explain technology in a way that resonates with non-technology
users and helping them understand the value of our products.
- Multitasker - Inbound Sales Representatives bring all their
multitasking and people skills to bear when working with our
customers. This means data entry on a computer and logging sales,
researching solutions, answering customer questions, and asking
probing questions all while speaking with our consumers on the

- Experience - At least 1 year of over-the-phone sales
experience. Previous experience working with an enterprise Customer
Relationship Management (CRM) platform is a plus.
- Office Computer Skills - You will need to come with basic
computer skills (general typing, data entry and basic computer
