Customer Experience Specialist

Career Type: -Direct Hire / Full-time

Career Location: -Tempe, AZ (currently remote due to COVID-19 following one day of in-person training)

We are currently offering a Sign On Bonus - $1,000

  Key Qualifications:
  
  
  • 
    
  • Customer service experience in a call center environment
    
  • Experience fielding a high volume of inbound calls preferred
    
  • Technically savvy (Dual monitors, MS Office, CRM Software)
    
  • Experience using CRM software is a plus
    
  • Strong verbal communication
    
  • Must have great attention to detail for order/data entry
    
  • Must commute to Tempe daily
