Job Description The Opportunity: Are you looking to take your career to the next step? Do you have current or previous sales experience working in an inbound call center environment? Are you driven and hungry for more? As an Inbound Debt Consultant , you'll be the voice of the company as you consult with our amazing clients to help them find solutions to pay off their consumer debt and move forward toward a better financial future. Start Date : May 9th, 2022 Shift : Tuesday-Saturday or Sunday-Thursday Hours : 11:30am- 8:00pm PST Location : Temporarily remote until we return to our Tempe office on a hybrid scheduleFrom your bed to your desk in 30 seconds! We're proudly offering remote/hybrid work options for this role which can be based in Phoenix/Tempe Area.How You'll Contribute:- Be available for incoming calls - no cold calling! - Consult with potential clients on debt relief options to help pay off their consumer debt - Follow up with customers by making outbound calls and speaking to decision-makers - Enroll qualified clients in Freedom Debt Relief's program - Effectively manage your schedule and lead database to ensure metrics and enrollment goals are metWhat You'll Bring:- 6+ months experience in a call center environment - Strong listening skills, with the ability to critically think, understand, and influence - Being able to emphasize and show concern for our customers - Strong understanding of debt settlement product or ability to learn quickly - 3-6 months of recent documentation showing strong performance in a metrics-based environment - Proven success in a fast-paced, multitasking call center environment - Solid computer skills with experience effectively managing CRM - The drive to succeed, but not at the client's expense - Open to working a closing shiftAbout Us : Freedom Financial Network is a leading digital personal finance company, built to help people.
