pricing. As an HP digital manufacturing partner, we educate
mechanical engineers on how to take full advantage of this
technology.Our team is growing and we're currently looking for a
Sales Specialist in our Tempe, AZ office.Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic prospecting for 3D printing and advanced
manufacturing business in new and nurturing accounts
- High quality outbound phone calls
- Follow up and vetting of leads from a variety of sources, both
internal and from our partners
- Nurturing new customers until pass-off to long-term sales
team
- Strong focus on new business, with a comp plan that
matches
- Quote and Close Opportunities following established guidelines
and processes while reporting to your Sales Manager
- Keep accurate and complete record of sales activities using our
CRM, Netsuite/Salesforce.
Tasks:
- Weekly goal setting, in line with monthly/annual quota
responsibilities with the intent of maximizing your account
potential
- Attain and surpass activity metrics as presented by the local
manager
- Hold 15+ outbound calls per day concurrent with the active
marketing program (i.e. warm prospects)
- Self-sufficiently conduct pre and post-sales activities
professionally and ethically
- Conduct virtual meetings and presentations
Core Abilities:
- Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to work with
teams
- Professional spoken and written skills
- Excellent outbound-calling skills
- Acute attention to detail with excellent memory recall
- Self-motivated and tenacious sales professional
Qualifications:
- High school diploma
- 4-year degree in STEM or business preferred
- 2+ years of prior sales experience
- Knowledge of additive manufacturing, traditional manufacturing,
materials, and the new product development process

- Ability to self-motivate and work independently
- Ability to speak clearly and effectively listen
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks, with multiple clients, at
multiple accounts, at once
