Work Environment:**Must Live In Arizona**Contract to Hire- The company wants to bring YOU on permanently!Pay: $18 an hourSchedule: Work from Home, eventually will be a hybrid schedule (return date back into office is unknown, will provide 60 days notice before returning to office) Must be available 5am-midnight Mon-Sun in Tempe, AZTraining is virtual classroom training for 2 weeks, then 1 week of nesting. 8-4 schedule. After training candidates will move to their set schedules. Starting: 1/24/2022!Interviews Starting.... NEXT WEEK!Interview: A questionnaire and typing test must be completed prior to interview, virtual zoom interview completed with management team Top Skills Details:2+ years of customer service experience handling incoming calls, chats, and emailsCustomer supportInbound callChat supportStrong computer navigating skillsStrong relationship building skills and deescalating skillsJob Description:The Tier 3 Customer Service agents will be solving complex incoming cases via phone, email, or chat every day. You as the agent will be aligned with 1 of the 3 groups in the Marketplace. The 3 groups include the Consumers, the Merchants, and the drivers. When the "customers" have issues the Agents will be 100% dedicated to them. Again, the agent will be assigned to either the Consumers, the Merchants, or the drivers, not all 3.At times there will be very critical situations that you will have to encounter. Agents need to be able to navigate through challenges and maintain professionalism. The most severe cases will be handled by the managers.Performance Expectations:-Adherence-Time to fill each case-Customer service/quality assurance**There are shift bids done twice a year a top performers get first choice on schedule preference.1st day is orientation and the agents will get all their systems, tools and benefits.Second day is officially training. All training is done live on Zoom. They set incremental training paces, they start off super basic, and will work on easier to solve cases they go through that for the first couple of days, then they will go to their managers team and do simulated cases. Will need to hit metrics within 28 days after nesting to pass. Attendance is crucial. Cannot miss any time in first 4 weeks.
