This position is responsible for creating new commercial accounts and providing existing clients upgrade options. They are also responsible for recurring monthly revenues utilizing core integration services through professional consultations with new and existing clients. Increase the number of members using monthly recurring services and system installations to create revenue that supports the overall company revenue goals and objectives.Pay Details:

    • Collaborative Environment - We value your contributions in providing exceptional services to our MembersResponsibilities/Job Duties: Become knowledgeable about and effective in representing all AAA Smart Business offerings Meet and or exceed individual revenue objectives in areas including installations, inspections, repairs, and site monitoringUse individual prospecting efforts, both from within the office and while in the field, to create personally generated leads representing at least 80% of monthly new revenueRespond to, manage, and close new company generated leads in a timely mannerProspect and close all business opportunities through a consultative sales approachBuild estimates, create proposals, and secure executed agreements generating new revenue opportunities from new and existing clientsMaintain prospecting trackers daily and weekly for reporting lead progress and current sales statusConduct site visits with prospects and clients, supported by AAA Design, Fire Inspection, and Project Management teamsGive demonstration of current technologies to show advantages over obsolete or vacant systemsPerform system demos utilizing on-line or smart device appsGrow and maintain a client base using constant communication strategiesCompose professional business communications, including technical writing, to present information responding to incoming inquiries from new leads and existing customersConsult with property owners, contractors, and/or permit holders to help identify and resolve system defects, deficiencies and or propose repair and upgrade opportunitiesOTHER FUNCTIONSBe active in networking events, association events and others trade organized eventsParticipate in training courses to maintain and grow industry knowledgeMaintain a clean and professional appearance including courteous, professional and ethical behaviorAttend weekly sales meetingsOther duties as assignedQUALIFICATIONSPrior property manager experience and or B2B work with Community Associations and or high occupancy residential (apartments, condos) is a plus, but not requiredExperience in areas such as fire alarm systems, testing, and or fire inspections is a plus, but not requiredExperience in B2B presentations, negotiating, and closingExcellent in both oral and written communication skillsStrong time management, organization and customer service skillsDetail-oriented, punctual, organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced environmentProficient in the use of computers and applications (i.e Microsoft office, Google apps, CRMs, etc.)Ability to maintain professional demeanor in places of business and when dealing with difficult situationsWork well with others on the same team as well as in different departmentsMust have reliable transportation and maintain acceptable personal automobile insurance coverage as position requires driving a personal vehicle to conduct company businessAt least 18 years of age and able to legally work in the USMust be able to pass drug screen
