open for the Customer Advocate role for the Customer Experience &
Resolution Team. No interviews will be hosted for other open

About the team and positionCustomer Experience & Resolution
Advocates are the voice of Carvana and spend the majority of the
day on the phone assisting customers at various stages of their car
buying journeys. Advocates celebrate with customers, empathize when
things go wrong, resolve complex challenges when they arise, and
create an amazing car buying experience for our customers.This
department takes a wide variety of calls, and each one is unique.
Advocates are quickly trained and empowered to handle all different
types of calls. We anticipate issues, offer resolutions, and turn
not-so-great experiences into unforgettable ones.
- Full-time hourly position offered at $18 per hour

What we require
- HS Diploma/GED equivalent required
- Bachelor's Degree and 1+ year of customer service experience
- Previous retail, restaurant, or hospitality experience
