Technician Location : Scottsdale, AZ (located specifically in North
Scottsdale, at East Bell Road and the 101) Compensation : $20-24
per hour Employment Type : Full Time with Benefits (Medical, Life,
Dental, Vision, and 401k) Schedule : On-site Monday through Friday.
Potential Shifts: 5 AM - 1 PM, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM, 9:00 AM - 5:00
PM, or 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM. No nights, No weekends, and No major
holidays! Position Summary: Envita Medical Center is seeking a
skilled and detail-oriented IV Compounding Technician to join our
team in North Scottsdale. This position plays a key role in
supporting the pharmacy by ensuring smooth afternoon operations,
accurate preparation of sterile compounds, and readiness for the
next day's treatments. The ideal candidate is a dependable team
player with a strong background in sterile compounding and previous
chemotherapy compounding experience. This role requires precision,
accountability, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced,
patient-focused environment. Strong Microsoft 365 skills,
particularly Excel and Teams are preferred. Required Qualifications
: Must have an Arizona Pharmacy Technician License and be PTCB
(CPhT) certified or ExCPT Must be able to adhere to organization
policies and procedures Must have the ability to work closely and
effectively with others in a team-oriented environment Strong
attention to detail Must be flexible, friendly, engaging, and
proactive Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines with little
supervision Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced
working environment Knowledge of IV products and compounding
procedures Experience compounding chemotherapy Microsoft 365
(Excel) Data entry experience Essential Functions: Preparation and
compounding of sterile products Maintaining the pharmacy clean room
to 797 and 800 requirements Prepare and compound hazardous and
non-hazardous medications sterile products in compliance with USP
797 and 800 requirements Complete appropriate documentation such as
labels, log sheets, and reports in a timely manner Assist with
inventory management and storage
