Job Description:
Position Summary:
Working in a high volume environment in Tempe, the Facilities
Project Administrator will be responsible for direct support to the
Director of Facilities and their team. They will be responsible to
administrate small projects, reviewing quotes, monitoring progress
of projects, and payment of invoices. Additional responsibilities
will include procurement of resources, equipment, and information
for facility construction projects. Other general administrative
duties as designated by the Director of Facilities.
Work Schedule: Part time - 3 days per week 7am-4pm

Major Responsibilities:
• Assist Project Managers with project bids.
• Aid Project Managers in identifying, estimating, planning,
funding and successful completion of projects.
• Procure project material.
• Process and log approved invoices.
• Track project financials including: procuring project materials,
processing and logging approved invoices, and managing budget
reports.
• Research contractor qualifications.
• Complete facility sketches.
• Administer small-scale projects from inception to completion.
• Review project plans, drawings, schedules and requirements,
provide feedback.
• Maintain project documents, plans and reports.
• Other projects as assigned by the Director
Qualifications:
• High School diploma or equivalent required
• 3 years in project support role required.
• Strong administrative & computer skills required.
• Must be able to learn new tasks/software
• Must be flexible in day-to-day tasks.
• Ability to balance multiple assignments required.
• Scheduling/Planning/Prioritization skills required.
• Strong attention to detail required.
• Must be quick to identify and resolve issues.
• Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of
the job
• Willingness to travel as necessary, work the required schedule,
work at the specific location required, complete Penske employment
application, submit to a background investigation (to include past
employment, education, and criminal history) and drug screening are
required.
