supports the Strategic Business Plan through Inventory Management
activities related to the management of raw, finished goods, and
in-transit inventory. The incumbent will execute the cycle count
program and provide analytical support for achieving company
performance metrics. Works closely with leadership to drive company
objectives for fill rate inventory accuracy and inventory
turns.Duties & Responsibilities:-Performs data analytics, research,
and response for variances (including inventory levels, aging and
obsolescence)-Responsible for preparing and reporting of daily,
weekly & monthly inventory accuracy-Contributes to the management
of excess and obsolescence with Accounting-Analyzes inventory
issues and prepare recommendations for policy/process improvements
related to inventory tracking and accuracy-Develops performance
metrics and reporting tools, and establishes ad-hoc reporting to
enhance department efficiency (including monthly dashboards/reports
to ensure inventory accuracy-Responsible for identifying the root
cause of all inventory adjustments and transactions in a timely
manner-Responsible for resolving errors or exceptions on
sales/orders inbound and outbound purchase orders and
transfers-Responsible for the accuracy of inventory in the
organization's showroom and website-Train new employees when
applicable*All other duties as assigned.Education &
Experience:-Associates degree in Accounting, Business or relevant
field and 3-5 years related experience.-BS/BA in Accounting,
Business or relevant field and 3-5 years related experience
preferred.-Experience in warehousing, logistics and working in a
manufacturing environment.Knowledge:-Excellent Problem-solving
skills-Excellent Analytical thinking skills-Strong Skills in
teamwork and collaboration-Strong Interpersonal skills-Strong
Written and verbal communication skillsComputer Skills:-Excellent
Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint-Strong Oracle
Agile or similar PLMDLM software package-Advanced Excel Skills
(Macros, V-Lookups, Pivot Tables, strong MRP system skills for
mining data)Operational Equipment:-Cherry picker-Pallet jack-Hand
held scannerWork Environment:-Order Processor: Fast paced, standing
on concrete floors up to 8 hrs/day. Exposure to loud noise. Near
vision required.-Physical Demands Order Processor: Medium Heavy,
