Job Description:
Firmwide Risk Reporting and Middle Office (RRMO), a group within
Corporate Risk Management, produces internal and external reporting
and analysis used to manage risk through changing market
conditions, supports regulatory requirements regarding Data
Aggregation and Risk Reporting, and executes controls to measure
the quality of risk data. Firmwide CTC (Chief Investment Office,
Treasury and Corporate) & Liquidity Risk Reporting Team is a
Critical function within the broader Risk Reporting & Middle Office
Organization responsible for reporting across the CTC Risk,
Firmwide Liquidity Risk, Structural Interest Rate Risk, Mortgage
Banking, Home Lending and Retirement Portfolios Reporting. The team
employs its functional knowledge to perform Risk Reporting and
technical skills into Intelligent solutions in developing reports
and conducting analysis for the Risk Management Teams. It is an
ideal opportunity for someone keen, enthusiastic, and curious to
learn or expand knowledge of CTC/Liquidity Risk, M arket risk
management and reporting technologies in one of the leading G lobal
F inancial S ervices firms. As an Analyst within the CTC/Liquidity
Risk Reporting team, you are expected to manage below
responsibilities. Responsibilities: Perform Regulatory and Internal
Risk Reporting for Firmwide and North America Liquidity Risk
Reporting . Includes Liquidity Stress, Limits and Indicators
Utilization & Breach Reporting Perform Firmwide Market Risk/Limits
Reporting and CTC Risk Reporting Ensure Robust Controls in the
Reporting processes and quality of Deliverables. Actively
Participate in various Strategic Transformation Programs and
Tactical Initiatives run to automate and enhance controls within
existing reporting processes Develop skills into I ntelligent S
olutions like Tableau and Alteryx and employ them to automate
Reporting processes Improve the overall control environment by
developing new controls, automating existing manual processes, and
improving the team's documentation Contributing to consistently
meet the KPIs targets in terms of accuracy and timeliness of the
deliverables Communicate and Collaborate effectively with various
interfacing teams globally to participate in various Project
Initiatives Requirements: Bachelor's degree 0 to 2 years of
experience in the financial industry or reporting-related
functions; C andidates with less experience may be considered for
this position if skillset and objectives align with the team Having
Basic knowledge of Risk would be a plus Must possess Knowledge of
Microsoft Office tools especially Excel Excellent interpersonal
skills needed for working within a team environment as well as
