About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Business Execution Consultant

In this role, you will: Act as a Business Execution advisor to leadership to drive performance and initiatives, and develop and implement information delivery or presentations to key stakeholders and more experienced management
Lead the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges related to Business Execution that require solid analytical skills, extensive knowledge of Business Execution, and understanding of business, delivering longer term and large scale solutions
Provide vision, direction, and expertise to more experienced leadership for implementing innovative and significant business solutions that are large scale and cross organizational
Lead team meetings or steering committee to facilitate decision making and support implementation of recommendations and plans
Strategically engage with all levels of professionals and managers across multiple lines of businesses and serve as an experienced advisor to the leadership
Provide direction to a cross functional team using business expertise
Required Qualifications, US: 7+ years of Management Consulting, Strategy Consulting, or Business Operations experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications: An active Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM) designation or Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS)
Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) skills with strong excel background
Experience analyzing, interpreting and presenting results to management
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important
Ability to manage tactical or strategic initiatives
Ability to synthesize complex analytical findings into executive level communications
Knowledge and understanding of risk management with Fraud, Financial Crimes and Conduct and the Compliance program
Provide ongoing expertise of existing compliance and corporate policies to ensure they are managed appropriately as required by the Compliance Program Policy
Ability to interpret policies and develop procedures
Ability to communicate effectively, in both written and verbal formats, with senior executive-level leaders
Requires a leader with extensive regulatory/compliance experience including in adherence to Compliance Program Policy (for example Risk Measurement, Issues Management, Self-Assurance), strong relationship management skills, proven success in building partnerships, collaborating and influencing adherence to Compliance program policy requirements
Demonstrated experiencing working on large scale Compliance Plan work streams
Demonstrated experience working within Control Executive Organizations
Demonstrated success with collaborating, as well as positively influencing business units to identify, formulate and implement processes/procedures to mitigate risk
