Overview:Water Techs average $80-100k per year with All about Water!
We are currently seeking Residential Water Treatment Service Technicians to join our team comprised of creative and energetic employees, who are dedicated to delivering the best customer service experience every day. Our water treatment specialists service and maintain R/O systems, water softeners, water heaters, and tankless systems, providing recommendations on upgrades and treating customers with the utmost respect and attention.

  All About Family Home Services, LLC is the recent merger of Collins Comfort Masters and All About Water. Collectively, we've been providing the Valley with reliable Air Conditioning, Heating, Plumbing, Indoor Air Quality, and Water Filtration services since 1974.Responsibilities:What Will I Do?
  • Install and service water heaters and tankless water heaters (residential)
  • Maintain, diagnose, and repair of residential and water treatment equipment
  • Prepare written recommendations and options for clients using our software (Service Titan)
  • Adhere to safety policies and procedures
  • Generate appropriate customer invoices and other paperwork at the job site and electronically process credit card transactionsQualifications:Do I have What it Takes?
    • 
      2 years of plumbing experience servicing and installing water treatment equipment
    • Good analytical skills and attention to detail
    • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
    • Ability to work independently in a timely manner, ensuring the job is done correctly the first time
    • Ability to lift, carry and maneuver a minimum of 100 pounds without additional manpower or appropriate device
    • Work in the outside elements of heat and cold safely
    • Must be able to work on ladders, roofs and medium to high heights
