Fathom holds ISO 9001 and AS9100 Rev D certifications and is ITAR registered.  Position Summary: The Production Supervisor provides leadership and is responsible for driving efficiency and quality by identifying root-cause and countermeasures to continually improve performance. Creativity, coupled with acute attention to detail, and a willingness to guide the team will be keys to success. This position is an integral member of Operations team and is expected to lead the departments Continuous Improvement activities and help guide our efforts to create a future factory.  The Supervisor will also be responsible for developing team members through training and performance reviews.    Key Responsibilities:  

• Uphold and model safe work practices. Proactively seek opportunities to improve safety. 
• Direct the overall assignment of work within respective area to team leaders to ensure attainment of business needs. 
• Drive programming and machining efficiency by developing and deploying best practices. 
• Work proactively to address issues and engage the workforce to achieve departmental MDI goals including 5S. 
  • Document and complete detailed performance reviews with associates. Coach associates for improved performance and development. Lead progressive discipline process with team leaders. 
  • Uploading and ownership of data entry and full accuracy for the reporting to support schedule activities
  • Lead safety investigations and complete necessary reports. Communicate incidents to appropriate level as needed. 
  • Demonstrate 100% commitment to safety, quality, and MDI process. Ensure highest process standards are being achieved. 
  • Ensure appropriate staffing levels are maintained to meet business needs. Interview and select. 
  • Lead new technology adoption and implementation.  
    • Support shop floor setups and knowledge transfer
    • Training to other team members. Qualifications/Requirements: 
      • High School Diploma or General Education (GED) required.  
      • Associate degree in a relevant field and/or other technical certification (Preferred). 
      • 5 years minimum experience CNC programming & 2 years minimum experience CNC programming Robots (Preferred)
      • Knowledge of Lean concepts, 5S, and Continuous Improvement practices. 
      • Demonstrated leadership qualities, professionalism, accountability, communication, and positive attitude. 
        • Demonstrated ability to program using various CAM softwares as well as 3D CAD software tools
