detail.In this role, you will focus on establishing controls for
the integrity of key data elements using a data quality framework
as well as financial and non-financial reconciliations.
Responsibilities include profiling data; analyzing measurement
points; identifying and developing data quality rules,
reconciliation controls, and dashboard reporting with results and
anomalies; addressing incidents through data quality problem
management process; developing and documenting processes for golden
sources identification and certification as well as supporting data
management integrated control framework; and managing
full-lifecycle controls platform solutions, including requirements
analysis; controls platform selection, design, and development;
technical architecture design; and deployment.Support development
of control structures to ensure the accuracy and quality of data
through all upstream and downstream data channelsEnsure controls
are in place over applications to ensure the data integrity by
performing data integrity gap analysisEnsure that data-related
business requirements for protecting sensitive data are clearly
defined, communicated, well understood, and considered as part of
operational prioritization and planningCoordinate the resolution of
data integrity gaps by working with the business owners and
technologyWork with business partners to gather and understand
functional requirements, develop complex queries, and provide
reports as directedKey responsibility Areas:---Defining data
quality rules across dimensions that data must conform to and
ensuring design produced meets requirements as documented---Create
templates to use for gap assessments and determine appropriate
remediation plan for implementing aggregation layer controls as
appropriate on in-scope systems---Supporting creation of various
project related documentation (including but not limited to
tollgates, Data Quality Rules, SIT, UAT plans, Test Scripts) for
aggregation layer controls---Performing data analysis including
data extraction with SQL Tools---Writing and executing queries to
profile large data sets---Capturing business and data requirements
as appropriate within system development lifecycle across business
and technology---Planning and execution of User Acceptance Testing
(UAT)---Analyzing Risk and Regulatory Reporting processes and
Enterprise Metadata concepts such as Key Data Elements, Business
Information Model, Report Attributes, Data Attributes, Physical
Location and applying them to controls execution---Communicating
with business users and evaluating requirements to understand
project objectives and scope---Performing data lineage across
complex current state system environments and target
state---Liaison between the Business and Technology teams and will
be responsible for ensuring all project related objectives are met
per assigned timelines---Create and maintain comprehensive
documentation for all procedures and activities performedSkills
Required:Knowledge of industry leading data quality and data
protection management practicesKnowledge of data governance
practices, business and technology issues related to management of
enterprise information assets, and approaches related to data
protectionKnowledge of data-related government regulatory
requirements and emerging trends and issuesKnowledge of risk data
architecture and technology solutionsProcess oriented with a strong
ability to develop and communicate appropriate strategiesSolid
judgment and negotiating skills, and a practical approach towards
consensus buildingWell versed in MS Office productsProficient in
Tableau, SQLFamiliarity with tools like: Alteryx, CollibraNice to
