JOB OPENINGS 1st Shift Production 2nd Shift Production (Shift differential $1.00 more per hour) 3rd Shift Production (Shift differential $1.50 more per hour) All positions are F/T positions, 40 hours a week plus O/T AT $17.00 an hour ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (BUT NOT LIMITED TO): Operate machinery to assist in the production process Assemble materials and equipment as required Inspect finished products for defects to ensure quality standards are met Assist in the loading and transportation of raw materials to the production lines Communicate effectively with coworkers to ensure efficient production deadlines are met Conduct inspections and quality control of products Assist in lifting, carrying and moving heavy loads as required Manually packing and wrapping materials including all finished goods Label cartons for shipping Perform quality verification to ensure proper resin stickers and address labels have been affixed to product and shipping boxes Stack and load packages on loading dock for pick up WORK ENVIRONMENT/PHYSICAL DEMANDS The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is exposed to weather conditions prevalent at the time. The work environment is fast paced. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to have the ability to stand; walk; sit; use hand to handle, feel or grasp objects, tools or controls' reach with hands and arms; crouch, talk or hear. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move/carry light to medium weights of up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus. The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by and employee to successfully perform the essential function of this job.
