And we work diligently to encourage all with different ways of thinking, different ways of working, and especially those traditionally underrepresented in technology and financial services, to apply.Job DescriptionThe Change Analyst will report into Enterprise Process Management's (EPM) Change Readiness group at SVB. - This role is a key contributor working within the EPM project team, and with internal stakeholders and partners, in planning and implementing change management discipline and organizational readiness methodologies for assigned EPM projects. - Participate with EPM's Continuous Process Improvement team in the active execution of projects, focusing on the people side of change for small to medium scale transformations inclusive of process and technology impactsLead the development and execution of appropriate plans to support the change initiativeEmploy and adapt SVB's change management standards to design and deliver change management plans inclusive of stakeholder assessment, change impact analysis, org readiness activitiesCollaborate with project team members and key partners to identify and remove barriers that slow or prevent the successful adoption and sustainment of the change initiativeAccountable for monitoring and driving development and completion of change management deliverables, including articulation of complex issues, structuring clear and concise recommendationsPromote and support the Change Management discipline within the team and with partners by articulating the value of change management in meaningful ways.Maintain project documentationPartner with internal groups (ie. internal communications, learning and development) as needed to execute the project change management plan. - This may include:Writing, customizing, and designing communications that support messaging to impacted stakeholders,Design and deliver simple learning solutions that support organizational change; incorporating the use of learning methodologies and frameworksSkillsPractically apply Change Management approach and tools based on the scope and needs of assigned projects. - -Build and manage relationships with stakeholders, senior management and staff working independently and as part of a teamAbility to communicate change approach and convey the value to stakeholdersPrioritize and deliver in a collaborative and fast-paced environmentFacilitate meetings related to change management, including project team meetings, change network engagement meetings. -Concisely communicate ideas through PowerPoint and other documentation while adjusting style and level of details depending on audienceCompetenciesFamiliarity with change management framework and toolsPowerPoint, Excel, and design tools to develop work plans, articulate complex issues, analyze data and execute change activitiesEffective speaking and writing skills -Understanding of how people and organizations go through change and the change processProactiveOrganizedDetail orientedProcess Improvement, a plusRequired Education and ExperienceMinimum 2 of relevant work experience related to Change Management, experience within consulting firms is a plusBachelor's degree from an accredited college/university requiredPreferred Education and ExperienceBanking experience within Operations, technology and other support functions preferred but not required 2021 SVB Financial Group.
