So What's the Job?Gain hands-on experience working with different software applications which power DriveTime, SilverRock, & Bridgecrest! You will partner and learn from current Solutions and Systems Analysts, Product Owners, and Database Developers. You will gain exposure and experience in the following:

• Eliciting requirements on updates and enhancements to DriveTime applications
• Participating in business meetings while being the "technical voice" who can speak to the system's impact
• Working with Application and Database Developers, you will be the "business voice" advocating for your internal customer
• Understanding the big picture and business goal, and translating that into details needed for your team to make the goal a reality Along with gaining hands-on industry experience in your field, you will:
  • Participate in a volunteer project with the local community
  • Gain a deeper understanding of our business model and where you fit in via local site tours and various department overviews
  • Attend Friday workshops facilitated by our Executive Leadership team covering topics such as: time management, compliance, personal branding, leadership & more!The Specifics.
    • Our internship program will be 11 weeks starting Monday, May 24th to Friday, August 6th
    • Internships will be based out of our Home Office in Tempe, AZ
    • You can expect a regular schedule Monday-Friday, 25-30 hours per weekWhat do you need?
      • You are currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's Degree
      • You are currently in your Junior and Senior year
      • You are concentrating with the major(s) of Computer Science, Information Technology, Infrastructure, Business Analytics
      • Organization and time management skills in spades. You'll be handling multiple projects and deadlines that will require you to prioritize then re-prioritize--- then--- re-prioritize again. Change doesn't scare you, in fact, it probably motivates you.
      • Creating workflows, brainstorming use cases and coming up with clear, concise user stories are finely honed skills for you.
      • You're studying and working hard and have a cumulative GPA of 3.5 or higher So What About the Perks? Perks matter.
