Operations Rep ? Up to 32k

This is a great role for someone who thrives on being operationally minded. Successful Financial Company seeks a detail-oriented Operations Rep to support their growing department.

Skills/Responsibilities

? Associates will be responsible for conducting research to resolve discrepancies between the document received and the system of record by performing business to business callouts and following outline policies and procedures.

? The ideal candidate will need to have the following: sense of urgency to complete daily work on hand, ability to perform all related tasks within the process.

? Ability to work in several different systems to resolve exceptions. This includes: making calls as needed to obtain policy information from carriers and agencies, utilizing business applications and appropriate technology to perform routine activities.

Job Requirements

? Intermediate PC Skills (Including MS Office- Word, Excel, Outlook)

? Problem Solving

? Excellent Written & Verbal Communication Skills

? Demonstrated ability to make decisions and to analyze a situation and make a sound decision.

? Must be detail oriented.

? Flexibility to working in a quickly changing, fast paced, team oriented environment

? Ability to complete assignments with little supervision
