Job Description:
Join a compassionate home care team as a Licensed Practical
Nurse (LPN) in the Dayton area, providing in-home nursing care to
patients with a focus on quality and positive outcomes.
Work Monday-Friday, 8:15AM-5:00PM with on-call duties, covering
multiple counties.
Deliver skilled nursing, administer medications, educate families,
and monitor patient progress following physician orders.

Must be licensed, with at least one year of acute care experience,
