Job Description:
This full-time clinical physician lead role involves providing
high-quality complex and geriatric care to residents and homebound
patients across assisted living and skilled nursing facilities.
Under supervision of the CMO, you will support 5 to 15 nurse
practitioners and physician assistants, ensuring clinical
excellence and compliance.
You will collaborate with facility leadership, conduct medical
audits, and assume directorship roles when needed.
Key responsibilities include participating in quality improvement,
supporting acute care responses, and identifying growth
opportunities in senior living settings.
The position requires a medical degree, board certification in
Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatrics, and active
licensure.
Ideal candidates possess strong communication, organizational, and
decision-making skills, with at least seven years of clinical
experience and two years of healthcare leadership experience.
Salary ranges from USD $187,000 to $230,000 annually.
