Scheduling and preplanning of workflow for the Sinker EDM equipment and needed tooling will be a necessary skillset. Ability to work independently with general direction from management or perform tasks when given specific work instructions will allow this candidate to succeed in the environment.Sinker EDM Operator Position Responsibilities: Setup, program, and operate Sinker EDM machines: Mitsubishi EA12S and AgieCharmilles Form 20.Setup and operate CNC EDM Drills (hole poppers): Belmont SY-CNC4050TGR and Titan Force.Maintain quality control of parts being manufactured.Deburr and bead blasting as required to prepare parts for shipping.Day shift position with possible swing shift if necessary.Maintenance of machines as required.
