Groundskeeper Responsibilities:
- Janitorial: Perform cleaning and maintenance tasks to keep our community in top-notch condition
- Grounds Maintenance: Help keep the community's lovely appearance alive by participating in landscaping projects.
- Minor Painting: Touch up and enhance interior and exterior spaces.
- Trash Outs: Provide effective trash-out services to apartments in preparation for incoming tenants.
- Power washing: Maintain a clean, fresh appearance in communal areas.

Maintenance Technician Skills Required:
- Make-Ready/Turns: Carefully prepare each unit for occupants.
- Electrical: Take care of upkeep and repairs to wall outlets, lights, ceiling fans, and appliances.
- Plumbing: Take care of problems with water heaters, sinks, faucets, showers, bathtubs, and toilets.
- Appliance Repair: Fix common household appliances such as washers, dryers, stoves, dishwashers, and refrigerators.
- Drywall Repair: Skillfully repair drywall and other minor structural elements.
- Painting: Help with painting minor dings as well as full-unit repaints.
- HVAC Certification: Not necessary, but a plus.

Requirements:
- A well-maintained set of basic hand tools for the Maintenance Technician position.
- Reliable transportation (public transit reimbursement provided, up to $5 per day).
- Availability to work Monday-Friday and stand for 8 hours per day.
- Can push, pull, and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Work well independently and follow verbal & written instructions.
