Job Description:
As a Maintenance Technician Lead, these skills are
preferred:
Make-Ready/Turns: Carefully prepare each unit for occupants.
Electrical: Attend to maintenance and repairs pertaining to
electricity.
Plumbing: Take care of problems with water heaters, sinks, faucets,
showers, bathtubs, and toilets.
Appliance Repair: Mend standard home equipment like refrigerators,
stoves, dishwashers, washers, and dryers.
Drywall Repair: Skillfully repair drywall and other minor
structural elements.
Painting: Help with painting jobs to preserve the attractiveness of
our community. Spray guns experience a bonus
HVAC & CPO Certification: Not necessary, but a plus.
Onsite Exp: 1yr plus
Requirements:
A well-maintained set of tools for the Maintenance Technician
position.
