We set them.A day in the life of an Inside Coordinated Property Adjuster:

• Spend your day handling claims virtually from home
• Handle escalated claims files that have complex contents or additional living expense damages
• Conduct a thorough coverage investigationof the loss and ensure the policy wasapplied correctly
• Use advanced video technology to collaborate with onsite vendors to identify damages and write a contents damage estimate from a virtual setting
• Communicate empathetically with customers and help them through their claim process in a fast, fair and easy manner
• Negotiate claim settlements with customers in accordance with business unit standard methodologies
• Coordinate with structure adjuster's to ensure holistic handling of the claim file
• Use data and analytics to tell a story and influence decision makingYou're provided with comprehensive training:

      • Live in AZ
      • Have a High School Diploma/GED or higher (Bachelor's Degree preferred)
      • Have 3 years of previous experience in a related field (i.e., construction, restoration, mitigation)
      • Have prior experience using estimating software like Xactimate is a plus
      • Have prior contents loss experience, especially at the large loss level
      • Value providing an effortless customer service experience

      • Are organized and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
      • Are known for clear and professional communication - both written and verbal
      • Are bilingual and/or having prior military experience - it's a plusSign On Bonus:
        • You may be eligible for a $1000 Licensing Sign on Bonus if you have the applicable active licenses needed for this role. This could include Home Resident Property & Casualty License, Designated Home State (DHS) Florida or Texas License, and/or applicable Appraiser License.Candidates who have previously worked for and are seeking to be rehired at Allstate and its family of companies are not eligible for this sign-on bonus.Compensation offered for this role is$60,000.00-$91,000 per yearand is based on experience and qualifications.The candidate(s) offered this position will be required to submit to a background investigation, which includes a drug screen.Good Work.
