Celerion seeks a part-time Spanish bilingual Nurse (LPN or RN) to assist with screening participants for our clinical research trials. This position covers the Informed Consent process with participants, ensuring they are aware all of facets of the study, and aids with screening/admissions activities as needed. This is a dynamic role working with a healthy population offering the ability to learn about clinical research and see the drug development process at work. English-Spanish bilingual spoken fluency is required. Responsibilities:

• Review medical history with participants.
• Review, discuss, and answer questions on Informed Consent forms, by understanding the study protocols and providing a verbal explanation of the study.
• Perform required Screening nursing activities as required (vitals, ECGs, blood draws, etc.).Shift: You should be available to work 16+ hours per week within the scheduling availability below. This hours of this part-time, variably scheduled position will differ each week based on your provided availability.
  • MON - SAT 3 days x 6-8 hr shifts scheduled 0600-1500.Qualifications:
    • You will have a current AZ Nursing licensed (LPN or RN) with one year or more of clinical assessment experience
    • Experience with Informed Consent process is highly preferred but not required
    • Your ACLS certification is a plus
    • Emergency or Intensive Care medical experience is preferred
    • Strong computer and documentation skills
