91123BR Job Description Arizona State University is in the early
stages of a two-year project to implement a new human capital
management and payroll system to improve its current business
operations and address future needs. The HCM Innovation Project
implements Workday HR, which is expected to be live in early 2025
and will provide end-users with more features and reduce
complexities. We are seeking a people-focused OCM change analyst to
support the business and academic units on the HCM Innovation
project through this complex and important change. This position is
the primary liaison with our change agent network and ensures that
they have what they need to guide their units through adoption of
the change. This role provides organizational change management
support and guidance for the transition from PeopleSoft HCM and
associated human resources applications to Workday HCM, and also
assists the training lead with development and delivery of Workday
HCM training. The OCM change analyst collaborates with the
training, communications, project workstream leads, and the ASU
community to ensure readiness to be able to perform the process and
technical changes of this project. Salary Range $50,000 - $55,000
per year; DOE Close Date 22-May-2023 Essential Duties Build strong
relationships with assigned academic and business units to learn
their business operations and ensure that the project OCM team is
able to develop readiness initiatives that meet the needs of
everyone impacted by this large and complex change. Partner with
the readiness lead to document and implement a well-structured
readiness plan, including targeted employee engagement activities
for each assigned stakeholder group. Become the expert in a set of
Workday processes to aid assigned readiness coordinators in
supporting the academic and functional areas in which they reside
with making the change. This may involve coaching them on how to
help their teams make the change, ensuring that they know what
training and additional educational events are available, ensuring
they stay informed about progress through directing them to
communications and acting as liaison between the OCM change network
and the project team. In partnership with the training and
functional work stream leads, provide Workday training through
blended modalities to impacted stakeholder groups and assist with
developing and implementing educational content. Ensure that the
readiness lead is informed of issues and pockets of resistance
within departments to determine appropriate ways to address these
issues through the appropriate resources within the project.
Partner with the OCM and project work stream teams to identify and
document business process changes and impacts on users, develop
strategies to address these changes and support readiness team
capabilities by attending process design sessions, aiding in
administering engagement activities as part of the OCM team, and
ensuring the leadership cascade and change network have the
information and skills they need to support their units. In
partnership with the functional work stream leads, document
detailed change impacts for assigned stakeholder groups and
recommend mitigation for gaps. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's
degree in a field appropriate to the area of assignment AND three
(3) years of related experience; OR, Seven (7) years of related
experience; OR, Any equivalent combination of experience and/or
education from which comparable knowledge, skills and abilities
have been achieved. Desired Qualifications Experience working in a
complex, higher-education environment. Experience providing
comprehensive change management functions, including developing
written and electronic materials and delivering training for
sophisticated ERP systems, including human resources management
systems. Experience with Workday HCM, financial and/or student
systems. Experience with learning and development methodologies and
tools, such as Articulate Storyline or Adobe Captivate. Experience
in fostering a team-oriented work environment. Evidence of
professional certifications and/or memberships related to change
management and organizational development, such as Prosci, ACMP or
Kotter. Experience in working in a fast-paced, continually-changing
and deadline-driven environment, while maintaining multiple
priorities. Working Environment The HCM innovation project team's
primary worksite, will be in an in-person co-located workspace.
Flexible work arrangements will be available as referenced in ASU
Policy SPP 306. Work in an office setting and use office equipment
(i.e., computers, printers, copiers, calculators, telephones. Sit
or stand for extended periods of time, travel moderate distances to
perform work. Communicate to perform essential duties.
Read-interpret written and oral instructions/directions. May
require lifting of items weighing up to 25 lbs. This position is a
