Conax Technologies in Tempe, Arizona is looking to add a few dedicated and highly capable Assemblers who identify with our Core Values of Integrity, Commitment, Innovative Thinking, Customer Service, and Teamwork.
We are looking for new teammates with varied levels of experience.
As an Assembler, you will be trained to make precision parts used in the semiconductor industry. The assembly of our product requires someone with dexterity with small wires. In this position, you will also have the opportunity to travel to Buffalo, NY to be trained by highly experienced technicians to ensure your success.
Basic Requirements:
+ Ability to learn and retain knowledge.
+ Must be a team player.
+ Must be able and willing to work overtime to delight our customers.
+ Working knowledge of basic mathematics such as addition, subtraction and fractions.
+ Ability to read and follow simple to moderately detailed manufacturing operational instructions.
+ Must be dedicated to first time quality. Accept No Defect, Pass No Defect.
