Job Description:
Tube Assembly processors perform day to day production activities by using most current procedures in order to maintain production schedules.

Essential Responsibilities:
--- In an ultra-cleanroom environment, use tools and equipment properly to assemble products.
--- Use of bunny suits, rubber finger cots, smocks, and rubber gloves to work with alcohol, alkali powders such as aluminum, tungsten, sodium, potassium, cesium silicon, cesium chromate, and acids.
--- Follow all policies, procedures, and drawings for accuracy and quality.
--- Participate in training activities to develop, maintain and improve job skills.
--- Perform visual checks of product to assure quality.
--- Multi-task while monitoring multiple exhaust systems
--- Identify and corrects non-conforming part.

Basic Qualifications:
--- Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent with 0 to 3 years of prior related experience.

Preferred Qualifications:
--- Good hand/eye coordination
--- Read drawings/blueprints/work instructions
--- Demonstrated problem solving techniques
--- Related manufacturing work experience: 1-3 years
--- Ability to hold a Security Clearance a plus
--- Related manufacturing work experience; 1-3 years preferred
--- Must be able to wear clean room attire and work in a clean room
--- Must have strong problem solving and analytical skills, adaptability and flexibility
--- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office)
--- Ability to become familiar with SPC (Statistical Process Control)
--- Must be able to mult-task while monitoring multiple exhaust systems
