This newly created position will spearhead digital transformation initiatives within Public Affairs that streamline services, enhance the employee experience, and reduce costs. This individual contributor level role will translate business objectives into product roadmaps that improve efficiency and operating results. This position can sit in Charlotte, NC ; Minneapolis, MN ; or Tempe, AZ . The Wells Fargo job profile is Senior Business Execution Consultant .

In this role, you will: Lead planning efforts with key stakeholder to develop strategy, remove ambiguity and drive business outcomes
Develop product roadmaps, detailing scope, sequencing, timeline, and resource requirements
Track milestones, deliverables, risks, issues, and dependencies across related initiatives and epics
Identify alignment gaps, potential issues and solutions to mitigate risks
Analyze impacts and create strategies to effectively drive user adoption
Define training and support requirements for key stakeholders and affected teams
Establish metrics and measure change impact to ensure they are in line with business objectives

Required Qualifications, US: 4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications: Experience executing organizational change initiatives and concurrent work streams
Experience with risk-based project oversight and governance
Experience managing product delivery initiatives in an Agile environment
Experience designing processes focused on managing and mitigating operational risk
Experience working with project management tool that support Agile methodology
Experience building strong relationships and collaborating across large organizations
Experience presenting information that persuades, and enhances understanding at all levels
