Pay: $18-$20/hr Hours: M-F 10AM - 7PM - Adjusts for daylight savings time Location: Tempe, AZ - Fully in office, NO opportunity for remoteDescription:The Appointment Setter is a key member of a care team that is responsible for the administrative tasks associated with delivering transformative kidney care. Appointment Setters are the voice the patient hears as they call prospective patients to get scheduled with an Enrollment or Care Coordinator.--- This Role is 100% Phones involved!--- Ensure each prospective patient and potential patient has a positive experience with our company--- Take the initiative to learn about the company and grow within the role--- Prioritize which appointments take priority over others to maximize revenue--- Familiarizing yourself with essential details of our products and services.--- All outbound calls: 200-300 Dials per day--- Field outbound phone calls and convert 50% or more to appointments--- Develop and distribute reports of each day's appointments--- Calling Former patients using a list of phone numbers provided to you through the auto-dialer.--- Scheduling a consultation between the prospective patient and an Enrollment Coordinator or Care Coordinator Representative.--- Fielding basic questions and concerns about the products and services we offer.--- Use Microsoft Office suite and company software to manage various aspects of the job--- Keeping a detailed log of calls, including those which were not answered.--- Attempting to contact prospective patients who you have been unable to contact.--- Demonstrate a pleasant disposition with each prospect--- Properly explain the products and services to prospective customers when making appointments--- Complete required call sheets at the end of each daySkills:Health care, Support, First call resolution, healthcare call center, healthcare customer service, salesforce, outbound calls, kidney disease, enrollment, insurance members, Customer service, Call center, Data entry, Microsoft office, Customer support, Care coordination, Member service, Medical, Medical terminology, Bilingual, Patient registration, Outlook, Inbound call, Insurance, Medical schedulingAdditional Skills & Qualifications:1 year of healthcare call center experience1+ years of call center experience Minimum high school diploma Must have at least 1 year of tenure in their job.
