  • High School diploma required.
  • Work experience managing construction projects with a contract value of> $5.0 million within the education, multi-family, municipal, office, or retail markets.
  • Minimum ten years of experience as a superintendent in the construction industry.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, Plangrid, OSHA standards, dust control, and quality control.
  • Advanced knowledge of the construction industry practices, risk management, and field operations required.
