This is a grant funded assignment with a projected end date of
06-30-2023 with renewal based on available funds and the needs of
MCCCD.

Job Summary
The Small Business Development (SBDC) Program Coordinator
coordinates all on-boarding and training of new employees related
to our systems and databases. Provides support related to our Small
Business Development Center program. The SBDC Program Coordinator
supervises all temporary and/or part-time administration support
personnel. This position works closely and supports the SBDC
Supervisor and Assistant Center Director.
Essential Functions
50% Coordinates deadlines by monitoring and prioritizing
45% Attends meetings, takes notes and shares information with
relevant parties.
5% - Performs other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree from a regionally accredited institution in
education, business or public administration, or a directly related
field and one (1) year of experience in researching information,
gathering data, performing preliminary analysis and preparing
reports.
OR
Associates's Degree from a regionally accredited institution in
education, business or public administration, or a directly related
field and three (3) years of experience in researching information,
gathering data, performing preliminary analysis and preparing
reports.
OR
High School Diploma or G.E.D. and five (5) years of experience in
researching information, gathering data, performing preliminary
analysis and preparing reports.
Desired Qualifications
A. Experience in creating monthly, quarterly, semi-annual and
annual reports to stakeholders
B. Experience with the Small Business Devlopment Center
C. Experience in training others
D. Two or more years of experience in scheduing program work,
coordinating program related activities, and prioritizing program
schedules.
E. Experience in hiring and employee relations
