DESCRIPTION

Duties include but are not limited to:
Answering PhonesAssisting with payroll entryProcessing sales orders and creating job folders for field installersMaintaining documents and filingGeneral office tasks as needed



POSITION REQUIREMENTS

Must be proficient and accurate in Excel and Microsoft Word. Great Plains experience is a plus.
The ideal applicant should:Work well under pressurePossess an ability to meet strict deadlinesBe energetic, organized, good at multitasking and detail orientedBe highly dependable and punctualBe an effective communicator both over the phone and with email
