DESCRIPTION

Duties include but are not limited to:
Answering Phones
Assisting with payroll entry
Processing sales orders and creating job folders for field installers
Maintaining documents and filing
General office tasks as needed



POSITION REQUIREMENTS

Must be proficient and accurate in Excel and Microsoft Word. Great Plains experience is a plus.
The ideal applicant should:
Work well under pressure
Possess an ability to meet strict deadlines
Be energetic, organized, good at multitasking and detail oriented
Be highly dependable and punctual
Be an effective communicator both over the phone and with email
