Gigi's World Learning Center We are looking for experienced, enthusiastic, reliable, and flexible tutors to teach students online, must bededicated to helping students achieve their highest potential by utilizing innovative strategies that make it possible for students to meet their academic goals.We are seeking the best of the best tutors that are sincerely passionate about teaching. We offer a flexible schedule; your schedule will vary based on business cycle needs. Currently, we are looking for tutors that are available during weekdays, Saturdays, and early evenings. If you are an experienced teacher with tutoring experience, (or better), an impressive teaching resume, and great interpersonal skills, we'd like to talk to you about becoming a tutor for our learning center.

Qualifications:

• Classroom experience with school-aged children (minimum 1 year in either English, Science, or Math).
• We prefer (One+ year of teaching experience, possessing a minimum of 60 credit hours towards education, a college degree. or successful completion of a paraprofessional exam).
• No teaching certification is needed, but real-world experience in your field or prior experience teaching/tutoring online is acceptable.
• Have a laptop/computer and a good internet connection.
• Genuinely love to work with children.
• Ability to establish a positive, achievement-oriented, and structured learning environment where all scholars are invested in their academic excellence and character growth and can fulfill their highest potential.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
• Able to provide fingerprints, pass our drug tests, and pass a professional federal background screening.
• Commute to the student's place of residence or meet at our professional location to conduct tutoring sessions.
• Maintain accurately and complete records, including but not limited to attendance, behavior, and student achievement data.
• Professional meet and greet with parents via Zoom.
• Provide students with positive and constructive feedback.
