And we work diligently to encourage all with different ways of thinking, different ways of working, and especially those traditionally underrepresented in technology and financial services, to apply.Job Description:The Liquidity Advisor ("LA") will serve as a trusted advisor to clients across all Liquidity Solutions investment products and solutions (SAM, Sweeps, IB Deposits). The LA will lead the assigned territory business development efforts with liquidity clients. The territory management responsibilities will include identifying and prioritizing opportunities, coordinating with internal bank partners and external influencers to achieve the business goals of Liquidity Solutions. The LA will coordinate with LS coverage partners to provide best in class service levels for our various client segments.Broad Responsibilities Include:

  • Develop regional sales and relationship strategy within the broader LS objectives including coordination with banking partners and LS client coverage partners (LAMs and PMs)
  • Execute on management priorities to ensure LS business goal achievement
  • Provide consultative guidance to corporate cash management clients to achieve their objectives and provide the best CX
  • Responsible for client development, relationship building and ongoing servicing in coordination with coverage partners
  • Lead all aspects of territory development for LS products (SAM, Sweep, IB deposits) with a client-centric focus
  • Execute segmented client coverage model with appropriate resources and effort
  • Coordinate with deposit product management to support the bank's deposit strategy
    • Assess market size and opportunity set in territory
    • Rank prospects by size and other criteria
    • Leverage internal SVB relationships and coordinate closely with banking partners
    • Prepare the approach to establish contact including due diligence on company, decision makers, competitors
    • Engage client, assess the opportunity and guide client through the solution continuum
    • Demonstrate competence in following areas: meeting management, understand decision-making process, needs assessment and positioning solutions
    • Maintain pipeline information in firm CRM systems and prepare client activity reports for senior management as needed
    • A self-starter who can collaborate and delegate as needed
    • High degree of professionalism, organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work well under pressure while managing multiple responsibilities
    • Commitment to a team-oriented environment
    • Flexible, ability to adapt to change
    • Background in sales/ relationship management
    • Experience in the asset management and/or banking industry, cash management a plus
    • Degree level education
    • Ten plus years of experience
    • Experience working with C-level decision makers
    • Advanced degree a plus
    • CFA designation is a plus
      Base Pay:$148,320.00 - $253,204.00Actual starting base pay will be determined on skills, experience, and other non-discriminatory factors permitted by law.
