About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Content Strategist and Information
Architect as part of the Public Affairs Communications and Brand
Management team. For additional information on this line of

The Senior Content Strategist and Information Architect is
considered a subject matter expert in the digital technology
industry. This role provides leadership and expertise for digital
initiatives that have significant impact on the entire company.
This individual helps advocate for and facilitate a cohesive and
easy-to-use online user experience, working closely with
cross-company leadership to develop strategies that streamline and
improve the digital workplace that all Wells Fargo employees
use.
In this role, you will:
Collaborate with UX designers, content designers, web producers,
product managers, developers, and user researchers on multi-channel
experiences for employees to help further the Employer Brand
Leverage data and user insights to inform content strategies across
enterprise digital channels
Generate creative solutions which meet business goals in a
user-centric way
Partner with Designers and Researchers on all our initiatives,
helping lead projects from concept to launch
Write and edit copy - make every word count
Define navigation strategies and optimize search results to ensure
critical content is easy to find
Clearly articulate the rationale behind your recommendations,
reflecting brand standards, content design best practices, and
competitive research
Stay abreast of industry standards
Consult with business partners, developers, analysts,
legal/compliance, and stakeholders across the organization
Ensure your content experiences are accessible
Perform light interaction design as needed
Required Qualifications:
7+ years of Product Management, product development, strategic
planning, process management, change delivery, or equivalent
demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work
experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
Experience with user centered design principles
Financial services experience
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication
skills
Ability to negotiate, influence, and collaborate to build
successful relationships
Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint)
skills
10 years' experience developing and implementing digital content
strategies and copy for large, public- facing and or internal
websites
Experience with information architecture; interaction design
experience is a plus
